Nearly every monday for the last eight years of my marriage my wife has said to me, "Steven, it's Monday the bun day!" What teh heck is it supposed to mean?
I don't know.
No idea at all.
No whatsoever.
Not an iota.
Tuesday is the foose day. Wednesday is the bends day. Friday is the buy day (that one she often attempts to use as an excuse to buy shoes). Saturday is the matter day, and Sunday is the lunn day.
Yep, my wife is completely and totally insane.
The sketch above is a little something from a recent project. I did a couple sketches and this was one of the rejected ones.

You mean the bundays. ;)
We had an extra day of the week in our family andthe kids still call it "Don Day" there were no rules on Don day and we all knew when it was - we'd close up the house and hide inside and not answer the door and veg out completely or whatever - excellent art as usual.
