TWICE IN ONE WEEK - SOME SKETCHES

Two updates to the work blog in less than a week? Start building your fallout shelters because the end of the world is no doubt on the horizon. The sketches above are some rough character/concept stuff from a project written by a friend of mine. I think they came out looking pretty good.

I'm currently writing the third and final book in the Forts series, and finally feeling excited about it. For a while there I was struggling with how to start, and seriously lacking motivation for some weird reason.

You know...because motivation is never a problem for me.

(That last sentence was as sarcastic a sentence as I've ever written.)

FOUND A PUBLISHER!

It's been a while, but thankfully I have some good news. I've finally found a publisher for the novel!

If your pants are a little damp after hearing this don't worry - the exact same thing happened to me. Rinse, wash, repeat and the stain should be taken care of.

In any case, I am eternally grateful to CANONBRIDGE for taking a chance with me and the book. It is being released sometime next year, and of course I'll keep you updated. I've started work on a small dedicated site. It's currently a work in progress, but feel free to have a look and bookmark.

I'm going to make an effort to update the blog more often with stuff I'm working on. I've just been busy as of late - and yet, more lazy than usual - go figure.
